K06pgy k? N6wnr? WP6a x n repeater kn6wnr? KO6vgy. Go ahead. Matthew, how was your Thanksgiving? Oh, it was good. How was yours? Ours was nice and quiet. There's, like, right around about a dozen of us. I went over to my sister's and her husband's place, and we had the turkey and the ham and now all the traditional Thanksgiving stuff, which they made before we even got there. But my mom made some pumpkin pie and stuffing and stuff, and. Yeah, so we had. We had a little feast over there, and we stayed there for, like, about four, four or five hours. And then.
Came back home and kind of settled down. Chilled a bit. How about you? Oh, I, for the first time in a while. Napped on and off most of the day yesterday. Watched some anime, some Attack on Titan, and haven't done much else. I'm getting ready to hop on the PlayStation 5 and place in Call of Duty here in a little bit. Just finishing up. I made some turkey ramen. I think tomorrow I'm gonna boil some eggs and stuff, or soft boil them for the ramen. Other than that, not much else going on. What do you got doing you have, ready or not? I don't have cod. I. I was always a battlefield player. I have Xbox though, but I think Ready or not, Crossplay. I think I saw an ad for that. I don't usually buy games.
Anymore. But Battlefield, they have a free game out right now, Battlefield Siege, I think it is, or something. If you search the Play Store, it should be there. It's on Android, right? Negative, my bad. It should be on Xbox. I have it on PlayStation 5 and it's free. It's Battlefield something or other. I'm gonna look. Yeah, I have Xbox game pass because I have the gold package that I pay, like, what is it, like 20 bucks a month for? So I'm gonna see. Because I get a lot of other games stuff for free because I pay for that subscription.
Other than that. Yeah, I was just curious if you had Ready or not, because I was going to see if that was cross play. Because I'd like to play that with you. If you text me. Or I'll text you here in a minute. I'm going to look at the PlayStation Network arcade thing here and see if it's on there. It's called Ready or Not. Yeah, it's pretty much. How do I say it? It's a SWAT simulator. Oh, yeah, I don't have it yet. Anyway, yeah, I see it here. From what I remember, it's actually really intense. Like you don't. Not speeding up. You're having to like, methodically do it.
Everything. It's like extremely detailed. It's really realistic. Like it's like intense. I don't know how to say it. It's made by an independent developer too, which is great. So shout out to them that the small little independent developer can actually make a decent game. It doesn't have to be a big company doing it. So that's the cool part. Y I'll probably. I'll think about it. It's been on the list here for a while. So hopeful. See about that. And if I do get it, I'll let you know. Cuz you be the only other one that I knew that had that. But anyway, I'm going to go ahead and sign there for now. I'm going to hop on COD me or text me or whatever and.
See what's going on from there. I'll call you or text you from there, and we'll plan it out that way. Yeah, just Let me know. K06BGY, this is KN6WNR, clear under vinyl. Kn6wnr, k06pty, sounds good. I'll message you. I'll be clear. 3k o6bgy.

Well, good morning, WD6AXM. Good morning. How are you doing today? Doing pretty well. Just sort of getting started for the day. Got a load of laundry in and getting ready to get out on the workbench and clear some of that junk off of there. How about you? Yeah, that's what I need to do, but I think I've got my son. We're gonna get outdoors for a little bit and go sight in some stuff. But that's our start of the day anyway. Yeah, I've been trying to keep up with the leaves and stuff. I've got a tree out front, an almond tree, and it's just taking its sweet time about shedding it leaves and stuff. So. Yeah. Got a few things to do outside yet. Yeah, it's pretty damp. It'll be tough with leaves, but it'll dry out. But yeah, that's some of the other things that we still need to do.
Yeah. And I got a couple of projects there. Some are on the bench and some are elsewhere but I've got to get the calendar arranged in order to get them. Yeah, that's, I think I'm going to be busy all the way through Christmas trying to get the house ready. I know the wife wants to get decorating soon so that's going to be another project but the never ending project. Yeah, well the wife is down grandchild sitting for the most of the week I guess but before she left she said yeah, it'd be nice to go ahead and put the lights up and maybe go ahead and pick out a tree and things like that. So yeah, same thing. Well that's, yeah, I know, I know about that world. So anyway, yeah, at least we're getting out early and getting some things done. It's really dewy out here. It's gotten pretty thick.
I was just looking out the front window here. The roads look kind of dampish, like almost like a sprinkle type of thing. We had a little bit of that yesterday as well. Yeah, I'm really hoping it stops doing that in the next 45 minutes to an hour. Roger that. All right, you have a good day of it there. And good luck with the Christmas decks and stuff and all the shopping and things. Have a good day, WD6AXM. You too, sir. That's good to hear from you. Have a great day. I'll be monitoring. This is KG6LGZ.

Kk6isq. Kk6isq. Good morning, WD6A.XM. Good morning, Dave. How you doing there? I'm doing pretty good, Mike. Just sort of getting the day started here. Just started filling up one of the toters with junk and then getting ready to do a little house cleaning. Oh, that's always fun. I'm up here in Orville Spot Unicorn.
Kind of chilly and damp for that today, isn't it? Oh, I have the layered look going on, trust me. Yeah, I just went outside and it looked kind of damp out there. And yeah, it's actually down here. It feels like a misty rain almost. Yeah, that's how it was when I left Yuba City up here just got a heavy high fog, almost like an overcast, I guess you'd say. But yeah, when I left Cuba City, the fog was really almost like a mist. Okay. Yeah, not exactly my kind of weather, but. Oh, well. So sighting in a couple of them, or are you wet for long range or what? Oh, I got new scoops on both of them. I'll sight them in for 50 yards and then.
See how they. See how they do after that, both of them. I should be able to hit at least one's at 270, so I should deal with at least one distance. Oh, yeah. There you go. Yeah. Sound like you're getting you just, what, on gps? Getting things dialed in. You're gonna be making a hunting trip here pretty soon. Oh, the hunting trip will be next year. I missed that on this year. Too many things got in the way, you know? Huh? You know that good? Yes, I do. No doubt. Nope. Got a. I brought an AR up here that I. That I built, and then I got the 270s. Both of them have a new GoPro. I got a Spiderman. All right, that. All righty. Well, I'll let you get to it. I want to get the house clean.
Done here. Got some vacuuming and stuff to do. Brides out, grand grandchild sitting for the weekend. And so I got a kitchen path here. Yeah, I'll know how that goes here. Pretty soon. Found out that we'll be grandparents. Oh, boy. Well, congratulations, Grandpa. Oh, yeah. All right, have a good day, everybody. Check you later. WD6A hooks up.

Kk6isq6lgv. Was that a call for KK6ISQ? Yep. Just letting you know we're in between Yuba City and Live Oak now. Roger. I. I got the projectile out of the. Out of the barrel. Okay. Yeah, I brought the kit, so just as a backup. It's a good idea for us to have that anyway. Yep. I guess I need to start packing that in my. In my bag, too. I spent so long. I lost track of on what to bring and what not to.
Yeah, I copy that. All right, I'll see you when you get here. Is there other people there or. Just kind of chill. With myself. We have four tables. I mean, we still have tables open. All right, nice. I'm getting a landline document. K6. LGB. K6 is queue monitoring.

Kk6vzb mobile w e6a x n repeater. Hello, chris. W6b and h. Good afternoon, Paul. How are you doing? Doing well. I'm just out running. Running a few errands and got back in the truck and heard you put out your call. Yeah, I'm heading out to the hardware store. Gotta pick up. Hate to say this, I gotta pick up a little bit of wire to. Had to revert some switches in the. For the lights in the kitch.
From the new. The new switches I put in there that were supposed to be WI fi and remote controllable to the old, just rocker switches. Because my wife preferred the rocker switches. And I. Yeah, I just. I happen to be missing some. Some wire or I need to make some short runs. I mean, like six inches. Oh, yeah. Well, I know change is hard. Sometimes getting used to different. Different types of switches and the WI Fi stuff, it seems like a good idea. But sometimes just the old faithful is the way to go. Huh? That's true. My wife's issue was that she'd have to push on and push off the switches. Instead of, you know, the rocker, you push the same portion for the wire, WI FI and.
You know, push the same. Same part of the switch. You push it on, you push it off, instead of, you know, top and bottom. She couldn't get used to that. Yeah. I think it's funny how often I struggle with the switches. We've got a few multi, you know, multi switches. Two way, I guess, two way, three way, whatever. And anyway, they get stuck in the middle or something like that. It's trouble. Oh, yeah, three way. I will definitely remember the first time I replaced our three way switches. And silly me, I didn't do a one by one wire swap from one switch to the other. I took everything apart. Took me four hours to get it. All right. Yeah. There are a few tricks to.
I guess, if you're not real familiar with it. So. Yeah, it's always a chance to learn, right? Very true. Very true. What else are you doing today? Anything special? Just house projects. Well, I'm just coming from Habitat, and I noticed on my way over there was. Looks kind of like a sort of a car show gathering out near Harbor Freight. And I gonna stop by and just see if they're still there. Just looked kind of interesting. So I've got free time. I thought I'd check it out. Oh, sure. You know, I went into the Habitat thing a few weeks ago. Unbelievable. I could not. I think I went in there about six or seven years ago, maybe longer than that, and it wasn't. It wasn't as full as it is now.
I tell you, they're. I would say they're half their space is looks like it's dedicated to Amazon return. I guess they're doing a booming business anyway. Yeah, well, I didn't go in for it, but I saw a Suriobi angle grinder battery powered and I have battery powered Ryobi tools and I just looked at that and for the price, I think I got it for $40. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. It's nice when you find something where you got maybe extra batteries and chargers once you get started down that path. It's nice to see day on it. Yeah. And this wasn't any used or returned. This is a brand new in the box.
Brand new in the box, never been opened. I don't know what in the world, you know, where this could have come from that, you know, they're selling it like that. Yeah. They've got a real mix of things from. From obviously just used things that maybe ought to be. Ought to be in the dump or sometimes brand new expensive stuff that just kind of an oddball use that maybe not everybody needs. Yeah. Yeah. Reminds me a little bit. Not too much. We had this place called Kohler's back in Illinois, not too far from where I lived. And I forget Kohler's, what? But they had a bunch of stuff whenever my dad needed something for the.
House and didn't want to spend new. He. He'd go there. They had. They had old sinks, they had old toilets, they had doors and windows and. Oh, just unbelievable stuff. They had. They had an entire bar. I ain't talking about a commercial bar, you know, in there. Upstairs, they had old wooden shaft golf clubs and golf balls and just so many different things it was hard to fathom. But it was fun looking around. Yeah, that's the thing. It's. You see such variety. It's interesting. I don't go over to Habitat too often, but every once in a while and, yeah, they've always got a good supply of sinks, toilets.
A lot of just miscellaneous plumbing fittings and then all the Amazon stuff. You just never know what you're going to see. I think my dad picked up it was an Underwood portable typewriter. I don't know, made in the 20s or 30s or something. And it's a little thing. He bought that, and I know he didn't pay that much for it. He bought it just as a toy for us kids to be able to pound on. And. Yeah, it's like, you know, I don't know that it could offend that anyplace else. Yeah. Treasures you find. That's fun, for sure. Yeah. Well, I'm getting over here. Close to where the car show ought to be. That's just on the Yuba City side. I just came over the bridge. Might have to check that out.
On my. On my way out of. Out of Home Depot, and that's because it sounds interesting and it wouldn't be too far out of my way, so. Well, good luck and we'll talk to you later then. 73 KK6PZD, clear. All right, Chris, good talking to you. I'll probably know in a minute if they're still there, and let's see if I can just let you know. All right, 73. For now, W6B and H.
Kk6vzd, w6bnh. Go ahead, Paul. Yeah, it looks like they're there right now. It's a lot of Impalas, but a few other just different models, real classic looking stuff. So, like, it'd be worth checking out if you're not too far away. All right. I just want to let you know. Well, I won't be. Is it like a lowriders convention? Well, there are definitely some low riders. No doubt. I see one that's maybe an inch off the ground, but there's I see a Corvair and some kind of old, maybe Chrysler, you know, big old classic, maybe from the 50s or so. And yeah, I haven't checked them out yet, but looks like a pretty good mix. Well, then.
It won't take me that long over here, so I think I will stop by. Thanks for letting me know. I've decimated, so I'll let you go. 73 kk6 vcd. Clearing w6bnh. Clear. T and H. KK6ISQ. Yeah, go ahead, Mike. Hey. How you doing? Yeah, doing well. Yeah, I was just. I don't know if you heard all that, but I had been driving past right out near harbor. Freight plastic cars or different cars. Anyway, I thought I'd check them out. Right on. Hey, were you guys planning on coming Friday? Friday night? I can't remember what the event is.
Is, but I think I remember Carla saying we're not going to be able to make something that we had talked about, so that might be it. Okay. I'll let Colleen know. She was. She's asked me about it yesterday. Yeah. Yeah, I don't. I think we're not. Not planning on that. So thanks. Thanks for checking in and letting her know. Okay. Yeah. That was the museum Christmas party. That's right. Yeah. That. That is what Carla was talking about. So. Yeah, I think we're not going to be able to do it. Thanks for checking. Anyway. It sounds like it's be a good gathering. No problem. I'll go ahead and let you go. I got to get through this storage unit of ours.
Oh, that sounds like work. Thanks. Okay, I'll say 73 for now. 7 3, KK6ISQ clear.
