Kn 6 mgk road 200.
Kilo november 6th michael kilo, mobile orland, california.
Speaker A: Yeah, kn6mgk, n6grt in the reading area. What's going on?
Speaker B: Oh, just pulling up this stop sign here in Orland. Heading back to Chico from the winter field Day location. That's a battle.
Speaker A: Are any of the others camping out?
Speaker B: No, there's no. No camping really there. Yeah. Yep. And starting to get a little cooler too. But it didn't seem too bad. Wind was. It was okay. Definitely simmered down in the afternoon.
Speaker A: Well, I'm putting siding on, so I. I didn't get to do any radio stuff.
Speaker B: Yeah, well, I did do JS8 on 15 meters. I got like 10 contacts on JS8.
Speaker A: Yeah. If you notice how. How it works sometimes you can get two or three going at the time. Same time, have to respond to two or three at once.
Speaker B: Yeah, I don't know how you're gonna be able to do that because you might get the decodes, but you can't read them all at once. I don't know. I'd have to figure that out. Never have. Not when you just try to do cq. You know, it's all call and you know, it doesn't. Unless you put your little decoders over it, it won't decode that spot. So you only get to see something, maybe a little something. You get to see a call sign maybe. And I don't know, that's tricky.
Speaker A: Yeah, I didn't have any problem with. Is a speed reading challenge though. And you just gotta work fast, get out a reply to each one real quick. Anyway. Yeah, worked out. But then you got, you know, you should have. You should be logging it. So that's, that's one additional thing that could, that could make it harder.
Speaker B: Yeah, you have to log it. I mean, if you're gonna be doing it.
Speaker A: Yeah.
Speaker B: I mean, everyone wants their credit and stuff, right. So, yeah, you need their class and sections. You gotta put that in the right fields and you got to make sure you get that. And you also got to respond and say 73. You know, the niceties of ham radio. So, yeah, a little bit more to deal with. You know, if you're going to get 10 decodes at once,
Speaker A: you know, they
Speaker B: come across the street, then you know, how you gonna, you know, read them all at one.
Speaker A: Yeah. If you are logging them and looking for contacts at the same time, that could be a little too much. Anyway, I got this siding is like nine foot and it's a little interesting to do it, you know, because if you don't want to waste any of it, you have to start cutting angles right off the bat. And I'm terrible with angles. I thought I had the angle right and I had to redo it, but I got it.
Speaker B: Well, I'm just saying that we've been lucky we can do any of this stuff this year, because last year it was. You couldn't do nothing in the winter. It was like nothing you could do until April.
Speaker A: Yeah, there was one lady just sitting out in your yard doing stuff. Didn't have any special clothing on. It was pretty warm. So. Yeah, it's pretty unusual.
Speaker B: Yep. I hung up a mesh node up in the tree, and it was relaying all the information back down to other nodes. And so Jeremy was listening to that, and I had mine going and another person had his going. So it was interesting. You know, I was responding to some of the ham radio guys that were on the mash2. So I think we were getting a pretty good funnel in from the Sutter buttes, I'm pretty sure. But I can't say that any of mine were getting back to the Sutter buttes, But I was getting some from it, at least.
Speaker A: Oh, yeah. Well, the mesh adds to all the things you could be doing. So. Yeah, I did. I was. I did have 10 meters running, and I was just kind of tuning around, and I found this station at 28.223. And then it's TW. So it was 322339. It just went on and on with CW. I think it might have been one of those beacons, but yeah, you might hear it someday and figure out what it is.
Speaker B: Yep. I was stuck to pretty much 15 meters, so that's kind of what we did anyway. And, you know, we did TW on that mostly, but I did do a few side band contacts as well.
Speaker A: Well, did they have somebody on 10?
Speaker B: Jeremy put 10 meters on for a while. I don't know how. How much he did on it, but sure, he got. He got some. But yeah, 20 meters, 15 and 10 pretty much is where I think we were.
Speaker A: Yeah, it would be interesting to find out where that Deacon was coming from. It was all CW and it was pretty slow, so that's why I kind of thought it was a deacon. No contact, 100%. It reminded me of the ARRL code practice, but it didn't ever change speed or anything.
Speaker B: Yeah, you could probably answer some from your house still. I mean, 40 meters, 20 meters, whatever. If you have time. It's going for tomorrow too. I think so. I don't remember when it quits, but anyway, then you just have to know your class and so. Right. And then I don't know, you're probably, you're just gonna be at a number one one transmitter and then probably. I think a lot of people are aces, but those are from their house. I know you could probably be a one Oscar because you, you're on battery power. So there you go. Anyway, you'd have to look at the stupid rules, but anyway, maybe you could be that one Oscar and then Sierra Victor for your sections. Yeah, Sacramento.
Speaker A: Yeah, I could give it a try, but you know, it would just be enough to be able to say I operated a little tiny bit because I want to keep going on this construction. By the way, W1TLO 10 meter beacon came up when I put it into, put it into Google. So. And propagation beacons and high altitude balloon trackers. Interesting.
Speaker B: What were they doing with that balloon site? You said some APRs balloon. Are they doing some sort of propagation with that or are they trying to get stations with it or what?
Speaker A: I don't know. They were using a non standard APRs frequency so they would have to be tracking the balloon directly rather than getting help from the APRS system. So I don't know. Now that one that went all around the world, that one was on the regular APRS frequency. I should have asked for that. That one rather than the other one. I should have asked for the call from the one that was going around the world rather than the one that. Because I didn't know the one, the big one was an oddball APRS deal. So. Yeah, that's a different story.
Speaker B: Well, I guess what I was saying is you're not working on the siding tonight, so you could listen on 40 meters or even on JS8 if you got that running or to get it running,
Speaker A: I might feel up to it. I still got to eat though. I haven't eaten and got a lot to do. But if I feel up to it, I'll do something.
Speaker B: Yeah, that doesn't even register in my brain. I haven't eaten. That's only something guys like you can do.
Speaker A: What, work all day and not eat? Yeah, a little bit.
Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. I mean if I'm working, I don't be concerned too much about it. But I mean, still I. There came a point when I could tell I needed, you know, my blood sugar thing that dropped or whatever. I could tell. So I had to go and get my, my food out. So I need something and then I reverse the other direction.
Speaker A: Yeah, when I get going I'm pushing pretty hard. And I want to get this siding done. Because if I get it done and then I have to extend the roof a little bit. But the combination is going to take care of a whole heck of a lot of problems. Boy, that wind was really ripping on the mostly destroyed building that I've been working on. It was ripping it. I actually had to get out there, and I don't want it to come down yet. So I had to get out there and tell. And fix some stuff that happened last time, too. When the wind was really ripping. It grabbed the whole roof. And I had to push the whole roof back down and reattach it. Oh, my God.
Speaker B: I don't see the hold up. Get that thing down.
Speaker A: Yeah, I. I'm pretty much ready. I do need to find out about the permit thing. I see people are paying the standard fee, and then people like John are saying what? Don't even think about it. Just make it go away. So I don't.
Speaker B: Yeah, I don't know. I always think about what's the worst case scenario. I mean, it's not like you're going to go to jail over it. Right. I don't think they'd fine you over it. It's just like, well, you know, you got to make the paperwork straight now. Now you got to pay the fee. Well, maybe the fee goes up at that point. And I guess that would be the, you know, where it might be one fee today and it might be one fee in a year. Right.
Speaker A: Well, I looked it up and they're charging everybody the same fee, $168.
Speaker B: Stuff. Then they start checking paperwork out and stuff like that.
Speaker A: It's pure gravy for them. I mean, they don't do a darn thing to get that money. That department, you know, makes me so angry. It was all it was at first. It was designed to improve the concept of structures that were safe and blah, blah, blah, and blah, blah, blah. And they even have one rule for doughboy pool. To protect the children in the neighborhood. You're supposed to have a fence around it. Well, right next door there was one right out. Extremely visible from the street that a baby died in.
Speaker B: Well, you better be careful. You know, you might turn in your conservative. You want to get rid of the tyrannical rules of certain towns and stuff like stuff like this. I mean, because you're on the same pages, you're basically speaking. Speaking in a choir where we think some of these rules are stupid. So, like some of these permits and things like that. But anyway. Yep. So sounds like we can agree on some things once in a while.
Speaker A: Yeah. The people that are in power politically now, the board of Supervisors are dead set against what that department's doing. But they haven't. Still haven't changed anything. Still doing everything it was doing before. And the city, they kind of do their own thing. I don't know what goes on with the city, but the county is. The county's had big battles, and eventually the people that were on the side of the guy that was having the battle with them took power. So, you know, you would think there'd be some changes, but I don't think there are have been any.
Speaker B: Yeah, well, the one thing that stands true, no matter what side of the political aisle a person is both of them like money. They collect money with taxes. None of them want to get rid of it, really. They don't want to get rid of their own money coming in. Right. They just want. We just want to complain about it on the other side of things. But they could use that money for something. They don't want to go away.
Speaker A: Well, it certainly isn't fulfilling the function that they claimed it was going to when they put all these different planning commission departments together. It's a real joke. It's purely a way to gather money now. Has nothing to do with the safety of the public at all or improving buildings or anything like that.
Speaker B: Yeah, well, I can say the same thing about our gas taxes, because I drive these roads a lot, and most of them aren't improving any. Some are getting worse, so that's just my opinion. But anyway. And then they want more money for, like, registration your vehicles that charge you a certain amount per mile. That's something that's in the works in addition to what you're already paying.
Speaker A: Well, not to change the subject, but did you end up using a N Fed half wave or what did you do?
Speaker B: No, they were already running a couple of the horizontal, you know, half waves and stuff like that out there. So I just put up the vertical. That was it. No big deal. And we managed like, I think we're about 85 contacts. Most of them are CW.
Speaker A: I thought maybe a. Some guy wires might help if there's a lot of wind, like just, you know, tiny strings or just some kind of something. Wouldn't take a real guy wire. It's just. You know what I'm talking about?
Speaker B: Yeah. Well, there was trees. They decided to go to a spot where there was oak trees all around so the oak trees would hold stuff up. Okay. I think at 15 meters, the quarter wave width is not very tall. So that didn't bother any. I got stuck in the ground really good. But if they went to an open area and you had to use like your own poles or something. Yeah. You would have had to guy it for sure.
Speaker A: I think I would. If I were to do something on 10 or maybe even 15, I'd build one of these extra long. It's like a Slim Jim but it's for. I have one up now for 10 and I can imagine for 15 it would be quite an impressive antenna because it's got a lot of gain. A lot more than a vertical quarter way vertical.
Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. I don't know if he would have done much better today. Maybe a little, but just I don't think the band was quite in as well. 15 was okay. I don't think 10 was. Was that great. I'll have to ask Jeremy later.
Speaker A: Well, I got that K1DLO beacon all day. I don't know if he shut it off or what happened, but it went away at night here. I guess there's one. Well, there's some that are on the same frequency that are not his and coming from Mexico and so. So I guess I'd have to decode the TW that they're putting out so I know what the what which.
Speaker A: One was what? Puerto Rico's one? Yeah, they were all over the place. I guess so. All on the same frequency. 28223
Speaker B: well we got Puerto Rico, we got Mexico on 15 meters and we got Alaska and Canada.
Speaker A: Well that's cool. At least you were contributing to. Was it a point thing or what were they doing?
Speaker B: Yeah and I heard Japan one time but they wouldn't. Didn't come, you know, didn't come back again so couldn't. We couldn't complete that one anyway. Well it's the winter field day so you, you know, you fill out the log and. Yeah, it's to the clubs. It's using the club call sign so they get the credit. You only get a credit as far as you know, since we're in a poda park you can get the poda credit as an operator so that's nice. You get an activation out of it.
Speaker A: Yeah, that's what OFG likes to do. Take photo credit plus whatever else is going on. Anyway. Yeah, I'm gonna go make dinner and make a fire. I'm gonna. Getting kind of cool. Let's see, it's down to 65 in here and 49 outside so it's not really cold but I'm just feeling cold I guess.
Speaker B: Yeah, yeah it's 52 here. I don't know, I think it was a little bit of a wind. The wind chill that was taking it out on me a little bit too. So anyway, but I'm getting close to home anyway so. Yeah, go enjoy. Yeah, I'd like to have a fire tonight too. Put my feet back because they're a little cold right now but other than that I don't want one. Anyway, enjoy. I'm getting. I'm. I'm within a couple minutes in my house now so I'll say 7 3. Maybe we'll catch up with you tomorrow on the. On 80 meters anyway. KN6MGK.
Speaker A: Yeah it's been really good lately. Talk to you later. N6GRZ38 55 at starting at 7 for chit chat. 8 o' clock is an end.
Speaker B: Tomorrow of course.

Speaker C: Yes. Glad that we make it to la again.
Speaker B: Yeah, it almost took somebody from SF flying down to fix it.
Speaker A: They did that. Yeah, they did that this week so yeah, we say welcome back. Yeah, I just picked my daughter up from the airport. Yeah, she just flew in from la.

Speaker B: Hey, wake up.
Speaker A: Dom.
Speaker B: Fx, mdt, wb6, j, kb. Well, would you believe 1.8 watts forward and probably a quarter. Maybe
Speaker A: you can get a real close look.
Speaker B: Oh, you. I'm gonna send you pictures, man. You're not gonna believe what it looks like up here. All right. Oh, it's crept up to 2 watts
Speaker A: forward
Speaker B: and about 0.2 reflectors.
Speaker A: Cool. So now low power out and antenna problems, too. Maybe
Speaker B: 10% reflected. Yeah, I would not call that good, but, yeah, it looks like the harness has kind of blown loose from the antenna at about halfway up. You know, the phasing harness and the 78 also has come loose and it's
Speaker A: flopping around up there.
Speaker B: So it's anyone's guess. But here, let me shoot you some pictures quickly so you can get a look at what actually happened. What a mess, man. All of the signatures and TG and E's.
Speaker A: What? No.
Speaker B: Which number you want? What's the last four? We can send you to
Speaker A: the personal one. 00743.
Speaker B: Yeah, I got the phone. Yeah, we'll dig out. We're gonna send it from Aladdin Throne
Speaker A: Eat Me, because they bunch of good. I just got to figure out where
Speaker B: I laid my phone down.
Speaker A: All right. Hey, ask him how come I didn't
Speaker B: see him at namm.
Speaker A: You know, the last few days.
Speaker B: Did not go this year, but I.
Speaker A: I look forward to next year.
Speaker B: All right, well, you know, this is
Speaker A: the first time I've done it, probably 30 years or something, so I wanted to see some of the posers and, you know, rock and roll smoothies and. But I didn't. I came back yesterday. I heard that that's the day they all came out because they didn't have any day jobs, you know, so. Oh, well,
Speaker B: guitar player Greg is out there
Speaker A: selling it out.
Speaker B: All right.
Speaker A: And a lot of people, man. Definitely a lot of people. And parking just, you know, bench over backwards and sideways. Crazy. But it was.
Speaker B: It was good.
Speaker A: I mean, we had, you know, I got to see my former partner and one of the guys that worked for us. Or actually a few guys that worked for us and, you know, ran into some other people, you know, in the business and stuff, yada, yada. Made some contacts, did some networking and all that stuff, so. All right, very good. Be careful out there.
Speaker B: All right, dude.
Speaker A: There.
Speaker B: We got your number here.
Speaker A: Oh, it is? Okay.
Speaker B: All right. If you see a funny 650-number, that's Maladden. So spam them all you want.
Speaker A: All right, I'll start sending some of those messages like, hey, what are you doing? You know, and want to go out and all these random rando whatever. And then they start getting smart. Like, I got your number in my phone and I can't quite remember who you are or whatever. Like. Yeah, I don't think so. Anyway. All right, got it.
Speaker B: Yep. It's dragged. It is tagged to 1.6, 1.5 watts. So. Surprised it's worked as well as it has. Yeah.
Speaker A: Geez, man. Seriously. Chihuahua.
Speaker B: Yeah. Man, I wish I had an 8,400 for up here. It would take up a lot less rack space too.
Speaker A: I think just about anything would, except for an MSF.
Speaker B: So you got anything laying around to replace the 1225? It's funny, it looks like a mobile radio, you know, but it works. Wait a minute.
Speaker A: That's a 1225.
Speaker B: That's up there.
Speaker A: Why was that picture on my car?
Speaker B: RKR 25 precaution. Bezel. 45 pounds, 2.4 kilograms. Maximole.
Speaker A: Well, we might, but.
Speaker B: Now, is it a low power or high power?
Speaker A: Is it driving an external amp or not?
Speaker B: No, remember, the PA on this one got worked over and. No, it's not.
Speaker A: You know, just. I think.
Speaker B: I think this is the 40 watt version. And this usually puts up about 17 or so up the stack.
Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. I mean, we turn them down to the lowest that they'll run at stable, which is like, I want to say around 25ish, and try and put the fans on them. I. I'm pretty sure we. I know we got some spares. We buy some while back, so we could probably get that AMPA replaced on it easily, but we gotta obviously fix the other root problem.
Speaker B: Yep. Copy that, sir. Unit. All right, check your phone, see if you got any pretty pictures.
Speaker A: All right?
Speaker B: Or, hey, you could do what I
Speaker A: did and take the rubber duck test antenna out of the service monitor, hook that up to it and tape it onto the thing until you get back up there. That worked for a while. All right, check it now.
Speaker B: All right, I'm gonna look in. I'm gonna look in the back door. Just relapse and, you know, see if the isolator is hot or anything. It shouldn't be, but anyway. Oh, yeah, there's a sign on the gate site closed period. Brand new, shiny padlock with an unknown combination.
Speaker A: It's like, oh, crap.
Speaker B: How the hell are we gonna get in here, man? We almost gave up and then Aladdin found a way to get in. So here we Are.
Speaker A: Oh, crap. There's a bunch of stuff that tors on with polarized. That's not good. Oh, man.
Speaker B: Yeah, I saw they did that up
Speaker A: at our slide site at 23 site. I was like, well, why the heck would they do that? I didn't ask that.
Speaker B: Yep. Now I wonder if we have surgery. That PA just finally decided to give up.
Speaker A: Well, you know, if those things don't stay cooled really well, then they're going to smoke down. Usually they desolder themselves on the board. So Victor's been working on repairing some of those. Oh, man.
Speaker B: Yeah, there's no external fans either.
Speaker A: I don't think in the laser.
Speaker B: Dude, no fan back there. He'd hear it if there was. I don't believe there's any fan blowing the PA on the heat sink.
Speaker A: Oh, there is. Oh, okay.
Speaker B: Yeah,
Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. There.
Speaker B: There's a van back there blowing.
Speaker A: It's working. All right. Yeah, that's no bueno, man.
Speaker B: There's the mic on the back of
Speaker A: link on the local radio. I believe. I definitely hear it.
Speaker B: Yep, everything looks good inside. All the fans are fanning and all that good stuff
Speaker A: up.
Speaker B: Just the laugh. Oh, checking the log books even the last time we were here. Holy crap. Dude, it's been longer than I thought. 1017, 23. How long ago with that?
Speaker A: Two years and a few months. Yeah. Let's see here. All right, so. So is this on your account number? Because it's showing up at your name, but the. Your account but his number, basically.
Speaker B: Yep. That's my counterpart here. Yeah.
Speaker A: Apple phone.
Speaker B: Oh, the one before that was 827-22-R1225TA and had some.
Speaker A: Had some mod.
Speaker B: High reflected issue. Likely it's a super flex connection. Salty fan, but too loud. Power to antenna for 32 was around 15 watts. Yep, that's what it usually runs. And the time I came up here last, that was to reset the lvds, remember? Restored the battery availability and that was.
Speaker A: That was the reason for the trip back on 1017, 23. So.
Speaker B: All right, dude, we're going to pack it up and get out of here.
Speaker A: All right. You might as well check the batteries too. If you can somehow. Or at least just get a general. Whatever if you need to come up with some other ones too. What's up there? Maybe.
Speaker B: Maybe grab some pictures.
Speaker A: Can't quite remember but. Hey, I got you beat. Log book down at 31. Said we were half there when we. When I installed it 10 years ago. No,
Speaker B: I didn't. You don't pull the plug.
Speaker A: Let's see if this works.
Speaker B: Mod.
Speaker A: Battery at 32. Power at 32.
Speaker B: Well, there you go.
Speaker A: Yeah, at least they had enough power to come up. I'm just trying to look at this picture here, see what I can see from what's up there.
Speaker B: You want any different angles?
Speaker A: But.
Speaker B: Yeah, I took a couple shots too, but. Yeah, anyways. All right, sir.
Speaker A: Unit.
Speaker B: Now we know the whole story. Oh, look, we. We're making two and a half watts now.
Speaker A: It's kind of wobbling around, but still. Those gray. What were those? CD technology batteries.
Speaker B: Looking at three of them.
Speaker A: Yeah, I don't think those things are long for this world. Could probably fit three of the hundred amp North Stars or something on the bottom in a row
Speaker B: and then stack on top of them.
Speaker A: Right?
Speaker B: So what are these? 150 or something?
Speaker A: Maybe 130 or 127 or something like that. But I mean, they're much older, so they definitely don't have the capacity. The ones I pulled out from Santiago had to hump in the truck. And I go find a recycling place down there to get rid of Monkey Drive. 155 pounds.
Speaker B: Oh, yeah, on the label it says 134.8amp hour.
Speaker A: All right, well, there you go. But I. I know those are definitely old. They were have much capacity. All right, we'll get back to work and you know, thanks for the pictures there.
Speaker B: Hi, dude. Catch you later. WB6KKB, Mount Montero.
Speaker A: All right, maybe QOP's listening and can see if we got a spare PA for that.
Speaker B: Honey, I can walk around in the room with the handheld and hear the. No, never done that before. All right, peace out.
All right, Watt meter offline, blah, blah. Everything's back to normal. But I forgot to put the logbook inside the cab. And if you can fill the logbook out, take a picture and send that to me, if you would. Send you down. Take a picture of what? Fill out the log book so we know what happened. And take a picture of it and send that text back to me if you could. Yep, he's doing that right now. Okay. Check. N 673. Thank you. Old logbook, which is only two pages or just the last page? Yeah, just the last page. See that?

Speaker C: Yeah, you're kind of in and out. That last transmission there was. Was pretty good, though. Yeah. So I could. I could hear you on 7200.
Speaker A: Yeah, I could. I could hear your voice down in the. In the noise, but I couldn't make out what you were saying on. On 7.205 there. So this wasn't quite good.
Speaker C: You must be not. Not getting. Yep. It's not working there.
Speaker A: We'll give it a little more time and then we'll try again. Go back to the other room and watch the game a bit, but I'll check in with you in a bit, see where you are. I'll keep p25 on with 6 rpa.
Speaker C: The KM7D A
Speaker B: L. I don't know if you're still here. W6RPA. Just wanted to check to see how I'm getting into the repeater today. I was having some almost like over modulation the other day, but I was not sure if that was the repeater or if that was me. I read you safe, X, but you're still fairly scratchy. Sounds good.
On battery at 26.
Speaker A: Yeah, you're sounding a little better now. Okay.
Speaker B: Yeah. So, yeah, I got a pretty good gain antenna on this radio. So. I don't know if you heard me, but when I was going down on Friday, I. Three contacts on 20 meters, Idaho, Colorado.
Speaker A: Oh, that sounds good.
Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. So not too bad. One, Idaho was really good. It was a Kodak. Then it was 15 over 9. So I was making it pretty good. I wanted these sounds pretty strong.
Speaker A: Had the radio on yesterday a little bit.
Speaker B: 40 meters was really hopping. Okay, good deal.
Speaker A: No, I didn't try. I was doing some other stuff
Speaker B: this morning.
Speaker A: I actually sat behind the updated the
Speaker B: firmware on the new radio.
Speaker A: I realized my DX10 radio.
Speaker B: Okay.
Speaker A: Now, it was pretty easy once I read through all the directions to make sure I didn't mess anything up pretty much it was dropping onto the flashback there. Tell the radio to update. It does its thing. You got to reset the radio after you're done
Speaker B: programming with that. Can you save what you have in the radio to a file or if you have like a RT system software, save it or anything like that?
Speaker A: Yeah, either way, you can save it to the flash drives on the radio.
Speaker B: I don't know if it saves the
Speaker A: memory, but I do have the RT system for that radio. So I had them saved in that. So I was able to record everything after I've done.
Speaker B: Okay, good deal. Yeah. So. Yeah, I'm just driving up Highway 99 now. It's all the crazy drivers. It was sunny most of the time, so not too bad. It's sunny down here near Bakersfield now. Going north, right?
Speaker A: Yeah, it's kind of cold and overcast here.
Speaker B: So that's what she has to refer to. Yesterday was really nice. That's good to work this weekend or you had a weekend.
Speaker A: Now. I thought this weekend I worked on fireplace project. Project a little bit. Had to chip off some thin set from where the tile was on the floor there in front of the fireplace.
Speaker B: And we're ready to set the new
Speaker A: hearts down on there. Worked on framing for the heart a little bit. That was about it. First time I touched that project quite a while.
Speaker B: Yeah, it sounds good.
Speaker A: You know,
Speaker B: sounds like it's coming along now. Yeah, it's hard to dedicate time to it. You know, here and there. Once you dig in, you want to get some work done. On AC Power at 26. Battery announcement at 26 enabled.
Speaker A: Yeah, I've been dragging my speed on it. I hit kiss one part placed on
Speaker B: that thing because having a hard time getting.
Speaker A: I really need that new part before
Speaker B: I do too much more work on it.
Speaker A: And plus, just with cold weather, some
Speaker B: of the work I have to do,
Speaker A: I have to do it outside without that cut. Yesterday was a nice day, so I got out and did some more work.
Speaker B: Okay, good deal.
Speaker A: Yeah.
Speaker B: Oh, before I forget. So we'll. We'll get a couple of tables and crab seats, so we'll have room. So you guys should be fine for four of you, right?
Speaker A: Okay, great. Yeah, four of us, so. Yeah, that'd be good. Think you're in range of that P25 computer yet? Yeah.
Speaker B: The radio on icon here.
Speaker A: Yeah, the radio clipped once, so maybe that was you. But no voice heard.
Speaker B: Okay. I have the smaller antenna on that one, so I could have put my big antenna. I didn't. So. 6 battery announcement at 26 enabled.
Speaker A: I don't know if something's on. Battery.
Speaker B: Okay, sounds good. Yeah, if you have the D25 radio on up in the shop.
Speaker A: Okay, sounds good. I'll listen over there. You're probably pretty close. Probably won't be too much longer. Get in there. I'll be listening.
