That's quite a long haul for you so fantastic. Thank you. Any other guest check ins? Okay let's go up to Bill Cape KC6UFE for what do you have for us Bill?
Speaker C: AC6UFE Bill Incapay and good evening to the net and it seems like we've got a new mode to experiment with on the HF bands at least but I think it works everywhere. We have, you know we all have FT8 and then they somebody developed FT4 and now we have FT2. I think it's been around for about a month now and basically it's twice as fast as FT4 and four times as fast as FT8 so people are really latching onto that. It's not quite as good for weak signal to transmissions but apparently it makes up for that with the speed. So if you're watching the Ex Summit or other spotting networks you will see that they are quite populated with FT2 spots. So enjoy everybody. Back to you KC6 UFE.
Speaker B: Okay Bill, thank you for that and that update. The latest going on there with a new mode. Wow, that's awesome. I guess the expedition down to Bove island has been completed. Boy, it was really different this year. I was interfacing with some other operators and they were frustrated that they weren't hearing either by long path or short path on SSB and CW. But evidently FT8 was working fantastic for that expedition. So that's all I know there and hopefully with family now that left this morning, late morning, I hope to get back to working on some projects and antennas and I want to remind everybody. That with this warmer weather all of a sudden on us to stay hydrated. Watch yourselves. Don't push it too hard. We've got to acclimate to the temperatures. We'll be hovering around 90 degrees this week, at least here in Willows at my QTH. That's what the forecast is. All right, do we have any late members or guests wishing to check into the Gars Monday night before we close? Okay, that's the net as it is right now. So in hearing none, this will confirm the Gars Money Night net. Net Control would like to thank everyone who checked in tonight as well as Gary for the use of the Whiskey 6 Romeo Hotel Charlie repeater. We hope that you'll join us next week. This is Mike KF6 Obi in Willows, returning the W6 GRC repeater to normal service. 73 Stu wall. KF6 Obi is clear.

Speaker A: Maybe years ago things would have come easier for me but they say as you get older and I just. Maybe there's something to do with that that's causing me to find it difficult to navigate around over.
Speaker B: Well, Ron, you know the sun does come up every day and some people may complain about it because it gives them cancer. Other people enjoy the warmth from it. So all of our vision on life. I don't know what to say to you. I know dozens of people now that have the M1KE and I've. I've never heard the experiences that you're having. I have no relationship with them, but I know that people love them. So anyway, that was your final. I'm going to throw it over to your final final. I do need to get going. We're past the top of the hour. I need to be closing the net. But yeah, drop on in. And I know that Frank has sent you an email. So I can't debate whether people respond to emails in a timely manner that's acceptable to all. But I don't know what to say. Anyway, Ron. W2R O N AI 6 US. You have a great day. 7 3.
Speaker A: Ai6usw2rn well, number one, just thanks so much very much for trying to be helpful and I really do appreciate it and if I can get something out of. Wasn't a total loss for you. You really bending over backwards to try to give me a hand. I appreciate it and I will watch for my email. And yeah, I just don't want to gamble on that radio on that device and if I get one that the display falls in or the seat connected goes to Akriyama. And I mentioned it. Somebody said, well I warned you about it. I told you maybe that was just a run that they had that was not good. But I don't know, they even tell you in there, be careful with the display. Now if they know they got a problem, why don't they fix it instead of telling you to be careful with it. Fix the darn thing so people don't wind up throwing their money away. 73 thank you very much. And I made a note of this node. I guess you call it a node. I don't know about nodes or whatever, but I made a notation and I will be checking in from time to time. Thank you so much. W2O Ron in Vermont. 73, thank you.
Speaker B: All right, Ron, you have a wonderful day and we'll check in again with you sometime soon. That's W2R O N. Speaker D: Go ahead.
Speaker B: Just a comment on the calling certain drinks, car bombs. Having worked in Belfast and been on the edge of areas that were. Well, let's just say I'm a little too familiar with the wall. It's one of these things where if you grew up in it, you can laugh about it or make those comments. But to call it a car bomb is really considered offensive, especially on St Patrick's Day. And nine muscles. Yeah, obviously something you heard that I did not hear.
Speaker A: So.
Speaker B: Yeah, so yeah, that is. That is a tough one for people to hear. Absolutely. A little more sensitivity. Thanks. Appreciate that. All right, let's open it up for another round. This is for the log only. Coffee breaknet, the W6ek repeater and connected nodes and repeaters. Peters A6GBZ.
Speaker C: Recheck ww6df. I meant Irish Car Bomb. I apologize. I apologize. Have a blessed day.

Good morning everybody. I'm Brian AI6 returning the W6ek repeater and connected nodes and repeaters back to normal operation, whatever that may be. Have a Great Tuesday everybody. 7:3, top of the morning to you.
Speaker D: Two things. One is yeah, Fireside does drop at about 10 pill probably because they go to the Alaskan that after that he'll probably find that out network the Alaskan if I recall and it was connected it sounded like I know another man. I think it was probably the Alaska net and it ruby R u b Y b l u e.com and I'm gonna send it back casef qv
Speaker B: well that was a perfect double. Didn't catch much from anyone. So anyway I'll throw it back to you guys. You can work out the details. I am going to bio break and breakfast. So There we go. AI6US. Sorry guys, I am QRT see if
Speaker D: I get it here every day of the morning, huh? Brian, how many pints you had this morning? Have a great day. KG6 and LW
Speaker B: every day of the week, every day of the year. Almost no pints but I do need to try to get rid of a pint. AI6 US. I'll be clear.
Speaker D: Oh Brian. Yeah, Fireside does drop at that time to go over to the Alaska net as I believe is where they go and it's Ruby r u b y-b l u e.com Is that the correct way of selling that website? Case F k v that's it.
Speaker B: Yep. Ruby as in the slippers and blue as in the color of the sky. Ruby rubyblue.com AI yeah and yeah, like I told Ron the east coast reflector Fireside they just skip from net to net to net and they have a hard stop time on us. So thank you. Hey I us 73 yep.
Speaker D: 73 some bill say that what they some of them groups that do that say just park yourself here and we'll bring the nets to you. But you're right that what happens. So you got to know their you got to know their ticket when they drop and start and that. So I'll let you get going here. You gotta get something to drink probably and do other things. So Case FQV but yeah, I just want to make sure Ruby what I did it right? I did do it. I didn't want to make sure I was at the right site. Okay. Chef Kimmy Because I was looking for batteries and there's one site it says installer app and that like I don't know I've heard about this battery company. I don't want just stall and app. So case F QV I'll say 73
Speaker B: yeah unfortunately with a name like Ruby Blue it might be an only fans thing. AI 6 US draining a pint 73.
Speaker D: All right. Ksap qv73.

Speaker A: And now that that station's gone. Friends don't let friends dtmf ai6.
Speaker B: Node 51018 disconnected.

Speaker A: Yeah, copy that. I had before left for Chico. I had unplugged the unit here and only plugged it in now when we got back. So it was offline for what, maybe three hours.
