We were looking for a weak signal just to make sure that our settings were correct and that we had calibrated the RSSI values appropriately for our Voder system to work. And so that's— really appreciate a couple people, including yourself, coming back. Okay, Dan, happy Monday to you. KXIDV AI6US, you have a great Monday. 73. Good morning, Sam. Long wait. Sorry to make you stand in line there. K4LGI in Denver. Good morning. Good morning, Brian. I'll be kind of quick here. It reminds me of riding the bumper cars down by the beach here. And then something happens and it all backs up. You're sitting in the back and wondering when you're going to be able to get through this thing, you know. So I'll sign off here and say have a nice day and let you get to the other bumper cars in the back. K4LGI. That was a fun analogy. I think this is the first time that The coffee break net has been referred to as the bumper car ride. Actually, quite, quite accurate. Sam, have a wonderful Monday. Thanks for checking in. Always a pleasure. K4LGI AI6US73. Step right up, step right up to the bumper car ride, the bumper car ride. On the Coffee Break Net, I'm Brian, AI6US. We had some fun conversations and talked about AI, the good, the bad, the ugly, the greatness. So, uh, yeah, we'll be back tomorrow, have some more conversations. Uh, let's see, I'm Brian, AI6US. Uh, remember, this evening there will be the All Nodes Net at 6 PM Pacific, that's 9 PM Eastern, where we talk about anything node-related, drop on by for the All Nodes Net this evening on Node 51018, also on Echolink and direct into the repeater. Good morning, Coffee Break Net. Let's go ahead and wrap things up. I'm Brian, AI6US, returning the W6EK repeater back to normal usage, whatever that may be, and returning all connected nodes and repeaters back to regular status. 73 everybody, happy Monday if it's possible.

Speaker A: AI-6, US Kilo Delta 6, Oscar Kilo Foxtrot.
Speaker B: AI—
Speaker C: Sorry, had the volume down there. 6 Oscar Kilo Foxtrot, go ahead.
Speaker B: [FOREIGN LANGUAGE] This is Chuck. I thought I'd let you know that every morning during the net, I would hear this repeater on 147.103 through 10.
Speaker C: I know that some other repeaters connect up to us. Uh, I didn't catch the frequency or the repeater you're hearing us on. I know that we're carried in on the Orland repeater, which is what, W6GRC up in Orland. I know they, they carry the, uh, the net every morning. Uh, which, uh, which repeater did you hear this on?
Speaker B: Uh, it's not a repeater, it's some somewhat like a splatter on, uh, 147.103 and 147 through, uh, 147.11.
Speaker C: Well, maybe some mixing is going on or something somewhere, but, uh, yeah, I don't think those harmonics are being generated by us. We're, we're pretty well swept. Um, so yeah, um, you know, maybe, maybe it is a mixing that's going on somewhere, or, uh, or even a, a node retransmitting. But, uh, let me check 14703, uh, 103. That sounds familiar. Yeah, I'm looking at the RTL-SDR dongle from my location, which I have a pretty strong signal out of the repeater, and I am not seeing any artifacts on those frequencies at my location. Where are you located?
Speaker B: [FOREIGN LANGUAGE] Any comments?
Speaker C: Yeah, was there a comment?
Speaker B: This is KK6SNG.
Speaker C: 147.105 is the Orlan repeater, so I wonder if he's, uh, picking that up. Yeah, I was just going to look up their repeater frequency. So yeah, 147 Yeah, you're right, 147.105 is the Orlan repeater, which has great coverage all up and down the valley. So is it possible that you are just slightly off frequency and it's actually 147.105?
Speaker B: Uh, negative. I'm aware there is a repeater on 147.105, but you are also on 103 going 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
Speaker C: Well, I do the technical stuff on our repeater, and I know if we're on all of those frequencies, um, without, uh, I, I would verify that with multiple radios or something because, uh, you know, I, I know our, our spurious outputs, and it's not on all of those. But, uh, yeah, give me some more feedback. But I am not seeing that on the scope when we're hooked up directly, or even on, you know, spurious things on a, uh, on my WebSDR. So yeah, I mean, interesting information if you want to drop me an email with the specifics on there. But yeah, the differentiation between 103 and 104 5, you know, it's pretty tight there. But anyway, okay, you know, drop me an email if you want, but when you say it's on all of those different frequencies, you know, my brain goes to a PLL issue on the receiver. Multiple receivers that you're hearing this?
Speaker B: No, just I would hear 7 that Uh, you dropped out, sorry. But your, your system here is, uh, On all my radio, I would notice it also on my other radio.
Speaker C: I'm sorry, somebody doubled with you. I didn't copy that. Uh, something about another radio. So is this only happening on one radio or multiple radios?
Speaker B: It's on multiple radio.
Speaker C: Yeah, I don't know, don't know what, uh, what's going on there.
Speaker A: Um, yeah, let's see.
Speaker C: Yeah, I just got a note from Jerry. Let me just look at the— hey Jerry, if you're monitoring, go ahead and check in here. WA6EAI6US.
Speaker A: WA6E.
Speaker C: Yeah, so you're hearing something on 147.100, 105, and 110?
Speaker D: I am. I'm hearing you, and it's full scale, so that made me believe that it's more than just an artifact. I'm suspecting a clear node retransmission.
Speaker A: Mission.
Speaker C: Huh, very interesting. Yeah, 147.100, 147.105, and 147.110. 105, of course, we know that would be coming out of Orland, but the other ones, yeah, those not even, not even harmonically related for a Yeah, I mean, nothing would mix to give those separations. Okay, well, yeah, if you're hearing it, Jerry, any feedback you might have, I might, you know, if it continues, if you guys let me know, I can head out with the Kraken and we can find the source of it.
Speaker D: Yeah, I'm wondering how well we're picking up Orland here. I guess what I can do is go over and put in their input and see if I can hear myself coming through it.
Speaker C: Yeah, I can, I could get into Orland just fine up here in Meadow Vista. They're pretty much almost, almost full scale in Meadow Vista, and we have people driving down 5, all the way down 5 Corridor and up up to the Oregon border, so it does have coverage. But, uh, yeah, um, I, I'm trying to, you know, I can, I could figure out what the 147.105 is, but the, uh, 147.100 and 147.110, you know, um, that, uh, you know, 5 mega offsets is kind of interesting.
Speaker D: Is Orlan the repeater that's hooked into us full-time, or at least for the coffee break?
Speaker C: Yeah, W6GRC repeater up there in Orlan connects up to us during the coffee break, Dad, and then I think they will be dropping here. I'm not sure if they're still connected or not, but they usually drop right around 10:30, I think, and they are still connected.
Speaker D: So my suggestion is wait until they're not connected, go over and hit the repeater, and let's see if we hear it here on that frequency.
Speaker C: Let's just see if somebody is monitoring. Anybody on the W6GRC repeater? If not, I might just— I know you're going to be dropping here in a moment. But anybody on that W6GRC, Orland?
Speaker A: Comment?
Speaker C: Node 51018 disconnected.
